Geez! Am I going to wait until I gain back all that I lost?! I am in such a rut! And the more I eat, it just isn't enough?! Why is it that I do so well and then just get burnt out?! And why is it so hard to get back into the groove?! I plan to pick my ass up tomorrow and try to brush off my shame, but it is going to take a couple weeks to reverse that damage I have done in one week. >:(

It is easy to get burnt out. I vary the foods I am eating from week to week. I try to stay in calorie count and change out the veggies and meals. If you eat the same thing day after day it can get tiresome. If you have left over veggies you can use different seasonings to spice them up. If you ahve corn, mix it with other things. In one week you can lose the weight you gained the week before. It just takes perserverence and sticking to your diet or calorie count. Hang in, get out and walk or exercise, drink plenty of water to fill up and flush out your system. Don't beat your self up, work yourself out. Hang in there. You can do it, you just have to stay with the program.
