Diario de Howitzerwife, 23 may. 09

Well, I'm skipping the whole diet calendar and just doing weigh-in's and a journal entry here and there. I had hit a point where this site was becoming my life, and I actually ended up over eating just to get in calories to meet 1200-1300 a day. I now stay busy as I am at home for the summer. I don't snack at all during the day...I don't feel the need to like I did when I was working. Even though I ate healthy snacks, I still don't even feel the need. I feel good, less stressed, and have time to get things done around the house that I have not been able to when I was working BIG ie...de-cluttering every room. I got the two rooms for the boys done and the closets and the main part of the kitchen, now I am working on my pantry and livingroom at home. It feels so good to know that I don't have to find the time...I can do it one day at a time at a nice pace..I have gotten A LOT done so far and it feels great.

if i eat less calories then im supposed 2 i feel bad 2.. But if im full and the meal was jes low cal.. then so be it.. But i understand.. Gud luck with everythg!
