Tomorrow I need to do better with my food. I did not put the ice cream I had in my food journal tonight, I don't need to see it! I already know how many calories I ate and I am not happy about it.
I told my husband he is no longer allowed to buy that kind anymore. It has way to many cal in it.
Still trying to tone up. Why does it take so long? I have been at this for over a year and while I have lost weight ( I am happy abou that ), I still can't seem to get this flabby skin to firm up around my stomach.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to target this erea and get it into shape? How long does it take to get the skin to get back to normal? Will it ever???
Feeling a little down about it but I guess I have been at it this long what's the rest of my life....right?

That is one of the hardest parts to tone...skin on the stomach and arms. There are a few different types of sit-ups that you can do just do a google search on different kinds of sit-ups you have 6 muscles there, and you need to work all 6. Good luck.
