Omg!I can't believe I did that...and only lost half a pound. This is frustrating. This is one of my 'never again' moments, I swear to God. I won't let this happen again..I can't. This is ridiculous, but if I got myself in there's always a way out. I just have to find it.

its fine, at least youre losing. (: also remember bigger ppl lose more weight and smaller ppl lose a lot less, ur doing awesome so far uve already lost lots
