Yesterday was a bad day - felt exhausted so instead of rockclimbing I sat on sofa ate pita chips and dumplings watching TV. Not so motivated to eat clean today either - meeting friends at Mexican restaurant later tonight, hopefully I will resist tortilla chips and salsa. Flying out to Florida to visit family this weekend, which means, lots of non-clean food. I am packing healthy stuff to eat for at least majority of my meals, but it will be challenging. For workouts, I will have to drive 45 minutes to a local Gold's gym - ugh. Maybe I should stop obsessing about this and just enjoy my time with my family - my mental health requires some relaxation.
