Doing the HAPPY DANCE! The scale moved!!! I am down another pound.
I have not been hungry once this week. I have not been frustrated cooking for my husband and s-son. It is so easy to make my meal the family foundation and just add a carbo side dish for them!!! I LOVE IT.
