question for the weight lifters here..
how soon after increasing your program can you see changes in your appetite?
I have been weight lifting for 8 weeks and this week I switched up my program to something a little heavier and the last 2 days I have been really hungry. am I just burning more calories or is it possible I have put on some muscle in the last 8 weeks?

I think both could be true. If you're lifting heavier and burning more calories. Your body is probably letting you know it needs a little more intake. Maybe try adding a snack/little more calories to see how your body will respond in the coming days/weeks.
