It's tough to keep control of our weight with many other things going on in our lives, in our hearts and minds. I too live in an abusive situation and yo-you continually. I am either strictly dieting or binging. If the Lord wasn't holding on to me, I just couldn't cope with it. I wish you daily blessings and want to remind you that the Lord loves you very, very much!
