All day yesterday at the elementary school - and evening at the scouts meeting so no exercise - heading for the gym today - no progress for two weeks - can really see the difference that working out makes! Once that dropped off I hit the wall. Off to plow through my paperwork!

It sucks that working out makes a huge difference in this journey, but as we all have figured out... it does. :( I wish it was easy too! Good luck at the gym today!

Ok - didn't make it to gym today - just about to go and my friends son called from school clinic - had to go pick him up and there went the rest of the day - just got home from last baseball game of the season.. my boy had a great game but we lost anyway. Was a great season - great coaches, great kids, sorry it's over. Did ok on my points today though.
