oh boy are you right! It's definitely hard when our other half is eating all our favourites. I try to keep some calories left over for evenings because that's when I want to snack. Then, I weigh out what I want and eat slowly with a huge glass of water or crystal light.

maybe I'm a little weird. but I always found motivation with my wife. it's a great reminder if I eat like you I feel like you. always back pain wrist knee shoulder ect. couldn't run and play with the kids. I don't say that to pick. I love her dearly. but garbage in garbage out. don't get me wrong I still enjoy some garbage but not all day every day.
