Yes 🤪 and even worse: when roommates bring it to the house 🤣 

I like it when the "egg me on" saying you want some? It actually helps me as I will be damned if I will let anyone control me or what I think is best for my body. I actually become more stubborn and it makes me not want to eat what has been brought. Hang in there! Be strong and stubborn!

That feeling, you've got your salad - fork at the ready Guess who lands a 12 pack from Dunkin Donuts two desks away 

So glad I'm retired and don't have to put up with stuff like that anymore! Although, hubby does still bring home the occasional pie or other goodie 🤣😖 

All week staff been bringing in donuts.. cookies.. chocolates and all week I have been resisting.. but today they buy the unit PIZZA 🍕.. I’m like really.. guess I won’t be eating that salad 🥗 today 😂🤣 

Out of sight, out of mind. I try to stay away from the office kitchen. 

I live in a nursing home. Chef will prepare anything you want, IF you do no like the prepared meal. I want to lose 40 lbs. Hope this keeps me on track.🥰
