Mondays! The scale did not budge. That is two days in a row but I am actually handling it very well. Today I will focus on more salad and less coffee. Normally I drink 4-5 cups of fresh brewed black. Today I am limiting my self to two. I will begin to consider cutting back even more.
I am picking up my nephew from school today. My plan is to get there a half an hour early and walk. I am also gonna search thru my 30 or so purses and try and find my ipod. Gotta get this party started!
