Today is day one

I went to the gp the other day and I honestly wanted to punch her in the face.
I was put on the scales and weighed 97kg. She proceeded to tell me that I was morbidly obese. This hurt, to my core.

So today I started my health kick.
Breakfast - Cheese, red onion and tomato omelet
Lunch - M&S tomato Soup with 2 slices of wholewheat seeded bread
Snack - 25g of tortilla chips, clementine
Dinner - Cajun chicken, vegetable rice and a side salad.

I know the days not done and it’s only the start but I feel I have achieved something. I even took the children to McDonalds for lunch and I waited til we got home to eat my soup. That is willpower. Oh my, Maccies was certainly calling my name but I drove away without ordering anything for myself. That’s the first. Ever.
So anywho, day one and I feel like I’ve got this
