Another success today! Went to dinner with my hubby to a new restaurant. I wasn't able to plan ahead so relying on my own knowledge, I ordered a healthy meal! Yeah me! :-). I came home and added it to my food journal and I did great! I just need to continue making good choices no matter what! I now ask for a "to go" box with my food and put a portion away before I begin eating. I am going to win this "battle"!
