A man in our church died this morning. He considered my father-in-law (who died 6 years ago) to be the best friend he ever had. I'm happy that they're reunited in Heaven now, and that they no longer have the restraints of a failing physical body. I am really looking forward to getting MY new body when I pass from this life. This one has served me pretty well, and I'm thankful for it - but I'll gladly trade it in for my new one!

I'm sorry for your loss. I 'met' my parents after they passed over. They were in their prime and seemed serenely happy. This was reassuring to me!

Aww Debbie, Sorry for your loss. My friend and neighbor lost her Husband on Sunday. He was suffering from Alshiemners and his condition was worsening. I know you are in pain my friend, but we're still here and we have so much still to do. Don't give up on yourself. We haven't given up on you!

I too am so looking forward to Heaven, to live forever with Jesus my Savior, and feel the love from God the Father. We feel bad for those left behind but the joy and happiness of those who have accepted the free gift of Salvation and gone before us is incredible. The older we get the more family and friends we will lose.
