Diario de dumplingirl, 13 may. 09

After eating breakfast I was really full. I have stopped taking my medications and I am feeling so much better. I was so depressed and was feeling sucidial and now I am feeling like me. I have rejoined weight watchers and just started excercising. I love the way I feel. I did dance for 1 hour today. I have so much energy and I am never sleepy. I am enjoying life again.
