Woke up with a buggered up back/neck, so haven't been able to do much exercise today! Can hardly move my neck without wanting to flake out! Feel so bad that I haven't done much exercise though! Managed a 15 minute brisk walk, but even that was agonising..
Hoping I'll feel better tomorrow..
