Diario de Czarcastic, 05 abr. 11

Alright day 2 of my diet and it is going well. Sticking to 1500 calories a day and drinking more water than I can imagine. I have usually just eaten 1 or 2 meals a day, but then would eat so much I felt awful. With this diet I am eating breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, and snack. Im not as hungry as I though I would be, and the food Im eating now is healthier. I guess we will see.

I got my gym today and set it up and did my first workout. I am working out 3 times per week right now, and hope to add some walking and bike riding soon.
