Cannot believe the new year is almost here! Even with traveling to my parent's house for the holidays, I've managed 66 miles already this month, and if it doesn't storm too bad Thursday or Friday, I plan on hitting my 10 mile run goal for the end of the year!
I just got back from my speed run and I managed 2.6 miles in just under a 9 min / mile pace. I'm going to sign up for a 5k in Feb, and my goal is 27 minutes, which is an 8:42 mile / min pace. I think it's reachable if I keep training.
Come Jan 4th I'll be tracking calories again too be in that 120 to 125 range. While all my numbers are good right now, that 10 lbs difference should help with my running goals. I could start tracking now, but it's a pain so I'm putting it off until the new year 😂😂

Aww thanks, Tim!! Did you coach high school? Were there specific training plans you had your trainees following?

That sounds pretty rewarding!! I coach an elementary age group, and just having them finish a 5k without crying is my reward 😆😆
