I'm 41 height 5'2" and 15 to 20 lbs overweight, so by July I'd like to be at 130 lbs or less. I'm eating all healthy foods with low fat. If I'm not hungry, I promise myself not to take a nibble. :0)
More exercise would help me, I go walking from 2 to 7 miles sometimes, but my heart rate needs to go up some to really start burning calories.
