Well i didnt get out for my run yesterday... I did something to my knee. No idea what happened i was standing talking turned to go back to my desk and OUCH??? feeling better today. So i am wearing runners all day no heels for this chick until the weekend. I weighed in this morning i am down... not by a lot but Down is still good! I dont think i will go run at lunch today either. This weekend is going to be packed with walking all over NYC so i dont want to push it. I dont think i will be able to record while i am away unless I have WiFi so fingers crossed i can stay somewhat on track!!! have a good week all
