I made a mean omelet this morning. One of the few non processed foods I know how to cook. :) I am not big into eggs, so I didn't eat to much of the egg but the cheese and deli slices were good. Another quiet Sunday. I plan on studying, cleaning my small camper trailer and house work. Day of rest indeed.
