Whoo-hoo! I put myself on a waiting list for local organic farm to get a share box every week and I just had an email that I get to start in July. This is good because it's organic, locally-grown, and will encourage me to try different fruits and veggies. That's the biggest thing--I'll get the stuff and need to eat it. I do believe that embracing variety is going to make the difference between being able to eat this way permanently or not. They even have recipes in the weekly newsletter so you can figure out how to use your fava beans (although not ever without thinking about Silence of the Lambs :-)
