This week I have been drinking a gallon of water or more a day. I cut back on eating out, watched my sodium, ate more veggies, reduced my alcohol (homemade margaritas) kept exercising, and kept below my RDI as best as I can, and walla, I finally broke this plateau. These appear to be the tricks to get my metabolism moving. Onward to the next move.
