OMG I am so exhuasted! I have a goal, 10 pounds or more before my trip. If I do well, I might be able to skinny up in 2 months. I'm mentally and physically drained at the moment. What a week! I'm going to get on that treadmill now before I sit down and become one with the couch!

Thanks you ctlss.... I think I will become one with the couch now. I'm even thinking, maybe crawl in to bed and veg out in front of the TV there. At least if I crawl in to bed, I might be able to manage my current need to feed. Although I know today is severly veggie-light, I don't want to start snacking right now. Too many good temptations right now and I want to stay in ketosis.

That happens sometimes to me also, and I am scrambling to add veggies at the end of the day...usually a couple of sticks of celery with some cream cheese helps.
