Ok sticking with this push up, sit up, squat, challenge. My legs are killing me. I went on a 4 mile hike a few weeks ago and my legs didn't hurt like this. Still Sticking with it though, tomorrow will finish the first week and have done well.
I am gonig to start my diet on Monday, and my gym should be here by then I hope. Then I will start my 6 week training program with that.
My goal is during this 6-7 week period I will tone my body as well as try and loose around 20 pounds. We will see how it goes. Ive been loosing weight this week and havent been on my diet yet but have been drinking more water and doing some excersising.

Yea, nothing hurts like squats hurt! Did 94 and then walked up and down stairs right after, phew I tell you my legs have never been so wobbely!
