Thanks BB, I have come to that place of blessed surrender, having prayed in faith petitioning God, I trust Him in faith for what I've believed and stand ready to bow to His sovereignty for the Almighty knows best. Amen daughter of the _king Pastor is hurting alot in his chest area we are trusting God for total healing He hasn't been in the pulpit since November everyone is praying, thanks for asking about him I will keep you posted.

@ Qua83 I like anything with apples, blueberries, strawberries, cream cheese, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, tuna, eggs, chicken, lamb, dark chocolate, kettle corn popcorn, healthy pizza, healthy sweet potato chips. Sorry my list is so long. 

I told you Qua83 that bread is amazing it tastes better than Ezekiel bread.  

Lol it’s ok the longer the list the better! It’s good to have options I feel it helps you to be more successful!!!! I haven’t tried Ezekiel bread but I know the gluten-free bread in the low carb and high protein bread that I normally do it’s not that good so when you said it was good I was hesitant I said I got a check this out
