Another start and stall...damn!
I guess you just keep getting up and trying again...more control over urges to eat is required...the urge to eat the "tasty" food is winning over the need to eat properly. Try, try again.

Finished the day off strong...although I had a few cookies, I still finished under my RDI and not hungry...more small meals/snacks through the day help keep hunger away!

I do the same thing. I just take a breath, then take baby steps (moment by moment). It's the only way i can get through the cravings and then the guilt after. Lol.
