No idea about the calories but it was a glorious cheat meal! I’ve actually had a few more cheat meals over the last few days which was nice but my body is begging me to get back on track.
Ready for a fresh start in the morning 🙌🏻

Enjoy it... Tomorrow is a new day... My 'back on track' started today, did good with my intake and just came back from a walk 💪🏼
