Summer is winding down so it's time to get back on track with everything. I've been eating well and actually starting to feel better. I started driniking a capful of braggs apple cidar vinegar in a bit of warm water every morning and following it with a cup or water. Not sure if it's in my head or not but I'm feeling better. My joints aren't quick so stiff which is wonderful!!!
