Diario de Tremay1960, 21 nov. 21

Hi everyone.
I’m asking people for help…… 3 years ago I weighed 22 1/2 stone. I decided I really needed to sort myself out so spent my days really pushing myself and by March 2019 I had got myself down to 17.03 stone but sadly was then taken into hospital and had to have half of my thyroid removed and also 3 tumours, eventually came out of hospital and then damaged my lower spine and found myself in a wheel chair for 3 months. I am now able to walk but not very far at all, I have become very isolated due to my health and when I weighed myself a month ago found myself weighing 19 stone 8 lbs. I have managed to loose 5 lbs in 4 weeks but am really struggling and wandered if there is anyone out there who will to be my buddy to help me get my weight back down, I do as much exercise as I am able to physically and really watch what I eat monday to friday but need some support if anyone can spare the time. XX

I can assist in big drops and for the to hit your goal. quick easy meal plan you will be eating like a dog for a while but once your body gets use to it you will feel loads better. 50g oats with 150ml milk and tap honey 125g chicken 60g rice. 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites. 3 liter water a day.. try get 10k steps in a day stick to this for a few weeks and watch the weight fly off

awww you been poorly. and alot to cope with. I seem to do ok. if I stick at easting chicken fish veg salad . I can't excersize much as I'm disabled my legs don't work much. but can loose if I eat sensible... 1960 my year too.

Thank you everyone. I’m really going to try this time, I did it once so I should be able to do it again, it’s just getting my head around how my life has changed. I will try to do everything that has been suggested, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. Sending you lots olive and luck on your own journeys x

Would you be able to do an exercise which is low impact like swimming? Swimming is a nice exercise and is suitable for most conditions and limitations. Your brave for sharing your story and I hope you find what your looking for xxx❤️

I'm here if I can be of any help..... Although I'm not brilliant at keeping up with my diet lately... I'm very limited in what I can do exercise wise and I also have a desk job so I hardly move.... But you must be able to loose weight without the exercise and just sticking to a healthy diet??? Anyway good luck FS friend I am sure with everyones support you will reach your goals x

May I suggest you listen to Jason Fung on YouTube. He talks about intermittent fasting and the effect certain foods have on our insulin. I found it so enlightening. I hope you find it helpful too! 😉
