Ok, Im doing the push-up, set-up, and squat 6 week challenge. Ive dont my initial test and am ready to start. Im suprised I did better on the set-ups than I thought I would. Im completly out of shape, but this is going to change. I am also going to start my diet and do some cycling as well. I am also going to measure my chest, abdomen and thighs, as well as claculating my body fat percentage. No more Mr. nice guy when it comes to this, Im ready!
