I had a slim fast for breakfast, a chili cheese burger and chili cheese fries for lunch, but I did have a diet dr. pepper to make it all better, LOL! I only made it to the gym long enough to weigh in this morning. I was planning on going back after grocery shopping and taking Chelsea to the arts festival at school. I ended up bringing Michael home with me and going to Dairy Mart for lunch. Bad idea.WOWSER I had almost 40 points today, I most definitely have to stay home more at least for meals, or I am never going to make it to goal.
I managed to still lose a pound this week even with bad eating choices and less time at the gym. I am not planning on that every week. I will go to the gym in the morning, and get back in the routine starting Monday morning. I am going to get a mask tonight for when I feed.
I GOT A NEW BATHING SUIT TOP TODAY! I got a tankini. I had the bottoms from a past bathing suit that has the skirt on it, it is real cute when it fits right. I tried it on and I didn't have a belly hanging over, yeah. So I went and got a new bathing suit top to go with it. It is tank style so it still covers my stomach but it looks good. I still have a pooch but it is a lot flatter than before I just want it to be firm before I wear a true bikini. I hoping next summer I won't have any problem putting a bikini on and feeling good about it.
