4 months ago just before I gave birth I was 67kgs (18kgs heavier than my weight prior to getting pregnant). After giving birth my weight dropped back down to 62kg ish, 3kg of which was my son and the rest just water weight.

I was bloated, tired and overwhelmed by the thought of having to lose weight later.

4 months later I am now almost 55kg, just 7kgs from my target weight! And I didn’t really need to starve myself nor over exercise. Being a new mom its hard to find time to exercise. Also my son is growing at a healthy rate despite me reducing my calorie intake. All I have been doing was eat healthy, reduce snacks and stay happy. Not saying no to a cheat meal once in a while and just enjoying my body.

Very proud of this achievement and hopefully encourages all whose out there struggling!
