Another humid, steamy, hot morning in SENC; so another hour on the stationary bike where it was cool. Dr H so happy with my progress, he said he was proud of me! WhooHoo! Don't see him again until Oct 16. Feeling great, bs under very good control, now down to 8 units of Lantus (from 20)and 0-4 units of regular. BP was a startling 94/70. He wants to cut out another BP pill...good!
