Today sucked. It was my husband's 40th birthday so breakfast was yummy, but not my normal healthier choice. Towards the end of this stressful day, I had 5 minutes to eat so I ate breakfast for dinner and went quickly to a baseball game. Can you say carb overload? However, I did work the concession stand at my son's baseball game and managed to not eat a thing! Oh, the temptations were plenty - sweets, salties, ice creams, oh my! So, I'm happy I didn't eat those, but now my day is still icky and I want to eat to feel better. Instead, I'm here typing... a temporary fix... I hope I can go eat a healthy thing and go to bed. ugh. This day needs to be over. Still, my husband's day really sucked because of work and it was his birthday, so comparitively, my day wasn't so awful. It's all in the perspective. I need to keep my glass half full.
