Nah! Bro don't train for the 5 mile run. Just wake up and jump straight from the bed to the race course. lol (tease) Seriously, since you've already done some 5ks you should have some stamina built up for a 5 miler. Get a comfortable steady pace and stay relaxed while running. If you still got some gas in the tank, kick it into high gear around the last quarter mile of the course. Yea, I'll probably be the first (I doubt it) in line for the Wolverine movie too. Have a good run bro & keep it fun.
