I MADE MY MINI GOAL!! I set my mind to exercise for 21 days because they say that's how long it takes to make a habit...and guess what?!! I DID IT! Now, for another 21 :) I've lost some weight, but I feel it mostly in my clothes, not on the scale, and I'm okay with that. I've got this :)!!!!!!
