Just ate a bunch of leftover Chinese food, 2 slice of birthday cake (different types), a brownie, 3 small mini candy bars, a dinner role and a side salad. It’s my cheat day and I feel like I overdid it already. The worst part is I’m only 3 hours into the day.
I’ve Plateaued since September and the weight just isn’t coming off any more. I typically feel like I don’t get enough food as it is. It’s hard to imagine cutting back even more.
Maybe I need to just cut out my cheat days. Oh well fare well to the one day a week I look forward to.
