I'm on the cusp and close enough to count the final 1kg as done. Officially I am now calling in maintenance. That' s a total of 20kg lost in 4 months and 20 days. My BMI has gone from 30.4 to 24 and RHR 53 to 42 and I am no longer on the HNS pre diabetic naughty list. Job done- mostly. My first aim now is make 75kg a proper habit and continue to measure calories. Something I totally failed on in my 2017 diet. (Pictures below) I'm really appreciative of the support here when I had the odd wobble you are great - It was a critical factor. Have a great day every one.

Congratulations! Can I just say what an inspiration you are sir, 20 kg in 4 months and 20 days?! Well that is just under 5 kg a month! Truly remarkable, one can just wish for this kind of self control and determination. I agree the maintenance phase is just as important, I myself wonder what am I going to do when I've finally hit my target now that I'm not so far off from it.
