So yesterday I had two beers and two tbsps of chocolate chips and went a little over my calorie limit. But I did go to the gym, incentivizing myself with an inspirational workout soundtrack and a fulfilled promise to break from strength training in the middle to read some of my broke ass brides wedding planning book on the Exercycle. This morning was my fiancé’s yoga class on the beach and I’m about to head out on a run. Tomorrow is the muddy princess 5k obstacle course with my friends. Have a great day FS friends.
