oh, that's touch! that's about 1.5 kilos pr week... if you really count those calories (mind you to never go lower than 1300 a day! the body can easily go to saving mode and you will not loose anything at all...!!!) and up your exercise mode, you may very well make it. due to my knee (cannot jog/run) and still in recovery mode after an OP, I've just taken up walking again. so if you don't do gyms or other, this is an relatively easy and effective way to start loosing those kilos. more muscle, more cals burnt. keep the spirit up!! you can do this :-)

Thanks, I can only walk a very short way due to lung problems and back problems but I have hydrotherapy once a week, lung rehab most weeks and I have a little pedal exerciser under my table that I try to use for 10 mins if I can manage it. So far have lost 7.3kg in 4 1/2 weeks but I know it will slow down. I have reduced my RDI by just over 300cals and trying to enter everything on my diet journal. It has taken over my life!!!! Haha x
