Well after about two weeks off, (one to just enjoy and one after surgery,) and still some weeks of recovery to go I am about to get back to business! Had surgery but feeling good! I had laproscopic hysterectomy only uterus and tubes removed. So no menopause at 39 lol. Overies and cervix in tact! I was down some pounds now up a few. But still not able to fully exercise but working my way back to full health, wellness, fitness and so basically wholeness! God has been good so those who read pray for me! Can't wait to get back on track! God is good and I feel extremely blessed!
