I'm back at work today. That's good as I can keep busy, the only thing is if I get hungry, as my patience can wear thin. I'll try my hardest to battle any pangs, although, I haven't felt hungry on this diet. If you are anything like me the only time I seem to get ravenous is 1 hour before a meal is due. Best time to start drinking a lot of water to bloat yourself out, otherwise people on the receiving end will have to fill in the blanks. :)
