YOGA Day,

I needed this I didnt realize how tight my body was, it was a good tough yoga session but felt so much better afterward cleared my mind, and stretched my body out I call that a good morning now for work, and doing legs and back tomorrow.

I don't believe it was only 177 calories for 45 minutes of yoga I was sweating hard.

I was quite surprised by yoga calorie-burn as well! Good that you got to clear your mind and get a good stretch before work. What a wonderful way to start the day!
