Still finding it difficult to find time to work out. Use to love walking my baby however in the middle if monsoon season I can't afford to get caught outside in the middle of it thanks to asthma. Already missing so many days at work due to my asthma. I still do a lot of yoga and do yoga with baby I'm getting toned and losing inches but the weight I'm just trying not to focus in because muscle will burn fat so I'm just building more muscle. Now that I stop worrying about my body so much and accept me as I am my milk production is back up for nursing and pumping my baby.
