So today, I am beginning feel less bloated and I have lost my sore swollen 'Buddha Belly'

Today I feel I can take on the world, I am beginning to steer toward feeling healthier

At the salon the girl said I looked as if I had lost weight since she last saw me. I smiled to myself as I knew she was just being polite.

Although being less bloated my stomach is flatter and I have defined curves from my waist to my hips. That's what cutting down on bread does to you.

The sun is out, I've finished reading my latest book 'True Grit' so I am planning to take Buster and Poppy for a run over Greenwich Park.
