I was really good yesterday, and I didn't over eat. I did my cardio and legs and butt exercises. My legs hurt so bad that I didn't think I was going to be able to walk. I will take today off and gett back on it tomorrow so I'm not overwelmed. I have a party to go to tomorrow so I will try my best to stick to my eating habits and overendulge.

I took a day off too, yesterday. And you know what? I feel like something was missing. kinda wasted energy, I don't know... so I'm going back hapilly to my workout today. Hope you'll be happy too to go back tomorrow. and about the party, i find harder to resist if I go there hungry. so what I do sometimes (except when I go to some of my very good cook friends and I know the food is gonna be sooo delicious!!!) I have a bowl of soup or a salad or a chicken breast. honnestly I do that because of my allergy, usually I can't find anything to eat when I'm out and I don't like to starve or to abuse the chips.... have a good rest day and don't forget to stretch your sore muscles...
