I definitely have to say that I've made progress this week. I went out and walked a few days this week and made significantly better food choices. I'm down 0.8 for the week which is good considering that AF showed up 3 days ago! LOL.
Hubby and I went and visited the local YMCA on tuesday. They have recenlty put in new gym equipment. They have an amazing set up! We just moved to the area and were looking for a gym membership. At the Y we can get a family membership (2 adults + children under 22, but we don't have kiddos LOL) for $46/month! Which is amazing considering some places charge the same amount for just 1 person! I think we're going to join next time Hubby gets paid! :)
