So frustrating that I often weigh less on the Friday before my Monday weigh in. For example on Friday I weighed 233.9, not a big difference but a difference. I stayed within my RDI and was actually under my calorie allotment on Sunday by 151 calories. The only thing I can chalk it up to is water weight. My muscles holding water to repair because my workouts are always a little more extreme on the weekends 🤷♀️
